Refunds And Returns Policy

Our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days has passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds /If Applicable
Once the item is returned and received, We will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item/items you have returned. We will also send you an email on whether the refund has be approved or rejected.
If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment used.
Late Or Missing Refunds/If Applicable
If you have not received a refund yet please complete this process before contacting us

- Contact your credit card company(Often some time before a refund is processed)
- Contact your bank directly

Sale Items/If Applicable
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged any issues contact us.
Exchanges/ Shipping Info
If we approve a refund or exchange we will email you or direct message you the shipping address to send the item/items to. You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs to return the order. The shipping cost for your product will be refunded when we receive the item( however much the price was for us to send to you). You will receive the money for the product plus the cost of shipping that we charged you. This will then cover the price it cost you the customer to send the item back to us the supplier.
We advise using a trackable shipping service as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Items
If you believe your item has been damaged in transit or shipment then please contact us and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
